Govt Allots 6.19 Million kL of Biodiesel for January-December 2019

The Indonesian government released the next batch of biodiesel allocation for January-December 2019 at 6,197,101 kiloliters (kL). The allocation was released through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources’ decree no. 2018 K/10/DJE/ 2018 concerning Procurement of Biodiesel Fuel for Blending with Fuel for period of January to December 2019. The decree signed by Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Igansius Jonan on 29 November 2018 says that the allocation was given to 18 fuel distribution companies. Of the total, 5,304,251 kL to be allocated to PT Pertamina (Persero),  407,000 kL to PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, 56,525 kL to PT Exxonmobile Lubricants Indonesia, 105,000 kL to PT Jasatama Petroindo, and 143,750 kL to PT Petro Andalan Nusantara. Other companies that have won the quota are PT Shell Indonesia (40,250 kL), PT Cosmic Indonesia (10,500 kL), PT Cosmic Petroleum Nusantara (13,750 kL), PT Energi Coal Prima (39,375 kL), PT Petro Energy (4,800 kL), dan PT Gasemas (44,950 kL). PT Jagad Energy (2,000 kL), PT Petro Energi Samudera (750 kL), PT Baria Bulk Terminal  (4,200 kL), PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (1,200 kL), PT Mitra Andalan Batam (2,800 kL), PT Vivo Energy Indonesia (10,000 kL), dan PT Yavindo Sumber Persada (6,000 kL). Meanwhile, 19 biodiesel companies will supply biodiesel. They are PT Cemerlang Energi Perkasa, PT Wilmar Bioenergi Indonesia, PT Pelita Agung Agrindustri, PT Ciliandra Perkasa, PT Darmex Biofuels, PT Musim Mas, PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia, PT Bayas Biofuels, PT LDC Indonesia, PT SMART Tbk, PT Tunas Baru Lampung, PT Multi Nabati Sulawesi, PT Permata Hijau Palm Oleo, PT Intibenua Perkasatama, PT Batara Elok Semesta Terpadu, PT Dabi Biofuels, PT Sinarmas Bio Energy, PT Kutai Refinery Nusantara, and PT Sukajadi Sawit Mekar. ***
