BPDPKS Organized Millennial Talk Show on Palm Oil
Perhaps, people are not aware that palm oil has become a major part of people’s lives.
PERHAPS, people are not aware that palm oil has become a major part of people’s lives. It plays a decisive role in the lives of almost people from the time they wake up until the time for bed.
Starting a morning routine people usually take a shower, brush teeth, or even shampoo their hair. Unknowingly, soap, tooth paste, or shampoo they use contain palm oil. Most of women normally completing their morning ritual with cosmetics which are also unknowingly full of palm oil.
When it comes to food, people also use palm oil to deep fry food. Even when people drive a car, a green fuel is made of palm oil. Practically, palm oil is everywhere, whether it be food, cosmetics or gasoline. However, not everyone knows that palm oil is widely used for food and non-food products.
To have an insight into people’s dependence on palm oil, the Indonesia Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS) and Warta Ekonomi organized a Millennial Talk Show with Palm Oil. The “We are Generation of Palm Oil”-themed talk show will be held at F3 Atrium - FX Sudirman, 19 June 2019. This event will have a presence of speakers who will bring a new perspective on palm oil in daily lives. ***
