The Third Amendment to MEMR Regulation on Provision, Utilization, and Procedure of Commerce of Biofuel
In order to support macro economic policy, to reduce fuel oil import, and to save foreign exchange, the government accelerated the use of biofuel as other fuel. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) has enacted a MEMR Regulation No 12/2015 on the third amendment to the MEMR Regulation no 32/2008 concerning the provision, utilization, and biofuel commercial system constituting other types of fuel.
