The Presidential Instruction mandated other government agencies to take action in advancing biofuel development in all stages, from feedstock supply to commercialization of biofuel technologies and increased biofuel consumption To mobilize resources, the presidential decree No. 10 /2006, sets on stage The National Team for Biofuel Development to Accelerate Poverty and Unemployment Reduction.
