Such as solution to deforestation, peatland, indigenous peoples, wildlife and labour issues,” said Siti as reported by Merdeka.com. Secondly, to strengten inter-ministrial coordination to be more intesevely monitor the development of palm oil issue in Europe. Third, to campaign extensively in Europe. The campaign is aimed specifically at farmers in the European Union who oppose to palm oil. Because, more resistance comes from farmers rather than business person in this industry. “There is a series of activities to achieve the goal through communication, interaction, meetings, discussions, workshops. For example, our farmers association hold a meeting with European counterpart,” said Siti. ***
