One of the allocations for the use of Palm Oil Funds managed by BPDPKS are for replanting of palm oil plantations. It is regulated in Presidential Regulation No. 61 year 2015 about Collecting and Management of Palm Oil Plantation Funds. Implementation guidelines of palm oil replanting is within financial framework by BPDPKS itself is regulated through Decree of Director General of Plantation No. 29/KPTS/KB.120/3/2017 about Oil Palm Replanting, Human Resource Development and Assistance Facilities and Infrastructure within framework of BPDPKS Funding.
