BPDPKS Boosts Palm Oil Export to China
Together with Indonesian trade delegation, the Indonesian Oil Palm Estate Fund (BPDPKS) attempted to make success of increasing palm oil export to China.
SHANGHAI--Together with Indonesian trade delegation, the Indonesian Oil Palm Estate Fund (BPDPKS) attempted to make success of increasing palm oil export to China. At the Indonesia-China Business Forum in Shanghai, China, (6/11/2018), BPDPKS delivered a presentation on performace of Indonesian palm oil industry.
President Director of BPDPKS Dono Boestami gave a comprehensive explanation about Indonesian palm oil industry and government support to the industry, including the biodiesel mandatory program. He also gave facts and details about oil palm plantation replanting program which is a government policy to increase productivity.
The ‘Global Partner for Sustainable Resources’-themed Business Forum was also followed up by a Business Matching forum. Attendees of the forum included officials from government, businesspeople, related association, as well as 32 Indonesian companies participated in the 1st China International Import Expo.
Apart from palm oil and its derivatives, the event was also presented promotion on other Indonesian commodities such as food and beverage, health products, biodiesel, papers, recycling plastics pellets as well as tour and travel. ***
