Journalists and Netizens in Central Kalimantan Enhance Knowledge on Palm Oil

Indonesian Journalist Association (PWI) of Central Kalimantan in collaboration with Indonesian Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) will organized a workshop on palm oil industry for journalist and netizens. This workshop aims to enhance journalists’ knowledge and awareness on the national palm oil industry, as well as to build a positive perception of the industry that is important for national economic growth. The workshop will be held in Palangka Raya on 30 August 2018. `Target audience is 30 journalists, representative from various printed, electronic, and online media who are members of PWI, and 20 netizens from state and private journalism institutions in Central Kalimantan,` PWI Central Kalimantan Chairman H. Sutransyah said, Saturday (19/8/2018). According to Sutransyah, this event is a forum to share latest information about various matters concerning development of agriculture, especially palm oil industry in Central Kalimantan. The event will present a number of speakers who are senior journalist and businesspeople in palm oil industry. `PWI in Central Kalimantan expressed its gratitude for GAPKI’s support for this event.
